Went and looked at printer.  Toner cartridge may
need to be replaced.  I fixed it for now.

Oh, looks like after printing a test page, the
printer needs a new fuser.

Nothing wrong with the printer.  He just needed to
know how to use the manual-feed paper tray.

He has a laptop wou# 20070417[Edit Inv] which is networked 
to the main office printer Radar106 in OPE 
Football.

Anything he tries to print, nothing happens. He 
says the Printer reads that its out of paper, 
which he told me it is not. 

He had a long document that he says he tried to 
print, but since it was so big, he stopped the 
print and ever since then it hasn't been printing

He is available after 1:30pm. He will leave the 
door open for tech to get in.
