She received a report as an attachment in her 
email as a word document.

She COULD NOT give me the name of the document 
because it was a private matter for a client she 
says.

she is trying to fix the "columns" in the tables. 
She says the columns are off. when she opened it 
and tried to make edits in Microsoft Word, but it 
won't do anything.

I told her that the TRC usually helps with these 
software issues, but she told me that she just 
got off the phone with them and they told her to 
call us.


She will be here until 3pm Today St. Pats-
tomorrow from 9am - 3pm.
