a different problem also. His email is slow, 
taking almost an hour to recceive incoming emails 
sometimes.

He is trying to use .mac email from his personal
laptop to send to his wou account.  I told him to
use the web mail and that we could not help him
with his privately owned hardware.

his LDAP setup?

deliberately sending himself email that isn't 
showing up.  He's new faculty and the email 
account is new.
