Hey, while you have the laptop would you please 
make sure she has a local machine account?  she 
sometimes uses it when she is out and about and 
won't always want to log in to MASH.  She was 
trying to log into the local machine this 
morning and had to switch to MASH.

it just doesn't work at all.  The computer works 
just fine when it is plugged in.  Also, when you 
go to see her they have purchased wireless 
service but she doesn't know how to use it.  She 
would like some operating instructions.
