I called and gave her cost for local machine
install, I also told her she could access the
terminal server software like she did at home on
campus at her work desktop.  I told her if she
wanted to order the software she could put in the
request to buy it at that time

Inventory lookup doesn't show Acrobat as part of
her system, called her and told her they would
have to purchase it.  Reassigning to Tricia for
Acrobat quote.

She mentions that she was using word in the 
remote desktop server and was able to make 
the .doc into a .pdf in word itself.

She wants to have the .pdf maker add on for Word 
installed on her Dell desktop if there is one, or 
to have just a .pdf creater installed on her 
machine.

She is available all day in her office.
