I printed multiple test pages to make sure it
worked and there were no problems.  I talked to
someone that worked at the front desk and they
said they removed the jam themselves.

The bottom tray of hl ref3 printer is jammed. 
They have checked it out and say they cannot seem 
to find the problem but it is not printing.

HL REF3 is in the Downstairs main reference area.
