I stopped by and canceled the job manually from
the printer.  Printer went back to ready status.

All morning its been like this, they have tried 
to turn it off on, etc.

The printer shows: Processing Job :
The think someone probably sent a huge file or 
something.

printer is in lower floor of Lib.
