Brain and I figured out it was the toner
cartridge. We sprayed some WD40 in the gears, and
it stopped.  If it starts up again I think we
should look into getting a new toner cartridge for it.

The high pitched noise is really a problem for
her;  like nails on a chalk board. She needs it
back by Monday of next week.

it doesn't affect printing, it just makes a 
really ugly noise. It isn't used much.
