I have tried contacting Kevin several times and have gotten no
response. I am closing the task and assume if he has further
problems he will call again.

Hey Kevin,

I went by your office and ran some updates pertaining to iTunes,
the default media player for Macs, which I think solved your
problem with running media files. Please let me know if this is
the case or if you need further assistance getting media to work
on your Mac.
I would like to close this task on our end, but only if the media
is playing for you properly.
Thank you,
Audrey Sundkvist

Hi Kevin,

I went by your office today and looked at your machine. I did
updates for it, including one of iTunes. I could not find any video
files to test, but was able to play all of the .mp3 files that were
stored in iTunes. The vocalogy-#.mp3 files are internet
streaming filed and would not play. I think this could be due to a
problem with the source.

Please try playing the files that would not play before and let me
know if they will or will not play.

Thank you,
Audrey Sundkvist

I am working on another task (waiting for Spybot,
but the machine needs it badly) and missed my
time with Kevin. I sent the previous email and
left a VM asking him for more times he would like
me to come by.

Hi Kevin,

I am sorry to say I've gotten caught up in a task
that is taking much longer than expected (buy a
new battery for your car and end up needing a new
alternator sort of scenario) and am very sorry to
have missed you at 11:30am today. Please let me
know a good time for me to come by is this
afternoon after about 2pm, tomorrow before 11am,
or anytime before 4pm on Friday. I don't
nessecarily need you in person to solve your
problem, but it would be helpful if I could know
the file names of some of the files you cannot
open.

Thank you,

Audrey Sundkvist

He said he can't listen to some of the audio
examples from places like: amazon.com, he can't
listen to the .mp3's and he said that when he
tries to see some videos, he can't.

He was not specific as to what sites/videos he
was trying to view, I asked hiim if it was flash,
but he did not know.

He said to call Lacey Caliguri extension: 88275
and she will let the techs in to his office.
