BOIS issue.  Pulled he battery and this solved the
problem.

She also said the techs have her permission to go 
in when she is not there.

She called in Sunday evening upset that she was 
not able to get her pc to work so she could print 
rosters for her classes. She said her computer 
looked like it had been worked on and that cords 
were all over the place. 

When she tried to reboot her PC the following 
message came up, "Previous attempts at booting 
this system have failed at checkpoint[ITHR] 
Contact Dell technical support."

She would like to have someone come look at and 
maek sure her computer is working sometime early 
tomorrow if at all possible. She said that we can 
come in at anytime or she has office hours from 
12-2.
