fantasy-temp is not printing.   receives an 
error.  I'm reopening this.  She just called

She got a temporary printer from us, so I set that up as a TCP/IP 
connection on her computer. She can print to it and was happy.

When she goes to print, the only printer name she 
sees is Fantasy the name of the OLD printer. But 
when a tech came in and installed the new printer 
and told her that Fantasy would still be the name 
of this NEW (HP Deskjet 6940) Printer.

Nothing happens when she tries to print

She is here until 5pm.
