Her CAT-5 was a little loose, but not completely disconnected. I 
reconnected that, updated the NIC driver (there wasn't an update 
though) and disabled/reenabled the NIC. It all worked fine.

She keeps getting the local area 3 network cable 
unplugged error message when she is using her 
machine. Everytime she gets it, she checks the 
connection and its fine. She then unplugs the 
cable and plugs it back in and her connection 
works for a few minutes, then she gets that same 
error message again.

She will be in her office until 11:45am
She will leave her office unlocked so a tech has 
her permission to go in.
