It sounds like the printer might need to be reset
because it may have the wrong IP. Who knows though...

"Everybody" on the west end of the second floor 
are having the same issue.  The 2 printers are 
HPofficejetprok550series  and tr-train.  trergo 
does work.  The error says, "This document 
failed to print."
