I deleted the logoff script and now he is actually
saving to the H drive so he won't have problems if
a computer ever crashes on him again. Closing the
task for good.

Went back to see if he was still there. He wasn't,
so I'll have to hunt down the script later.

I helped him yesterday in-between classes. I
uploaded all of the documents again to his
desktop. I'll call him soon and ask if everything
is loaded still.

Stopped by his office and no one was there. I have
his old hard drive so if he is referring to any
information that he changed between when I copied
his hard drive to when I replaced his computer
then I can retrieve those, otherwise all of his
files are still on the UCS File Share.

I setup everything before I went to class. Now I
just need to upload all of the documents to his
computer. Heading over there to do that.

called, no answer. I don't think he knows how to
answer his phone... or call back. Someone took his
old computer in to him this morning. On Friday, he
said that he would be in at 11 today, but clearly
he's not. I had his computer so that I could copy
all of his files onto the UCS drive. That part is
done so now I only need to setup the new mac,
which is already in his office, and then upload
all the files onto it.

The replacement is already in his room and ready
to go, he just needs a monitor and someone to set
it up.

Said he would be in office until 4, but he's 
going home now.

Shuts down when it gets hot. He thinks Skylar was
going to replace it.  It is getting worse, and can
use it for 30 mins tops. He'll be here till 4
today and tomorrow will be here between 11am and 2pm.

Left a vm for times.

I told him to backup his files to the H: drive.
I'll give him 10 minutes to do that and then go
over and swap the computers.

He wants Finale installed, but that's the only
special software he needs.

He needs a loaner.

This machine has issues:
-It's running 10.3 and gives you a kernel panic
when you try up update to 10.4
-None of our iMac G5 hardware disks will run (says
they aren't the right disk for the type of sysem
even though they are clearly labeled.
-Ike explained to me that the machine's fans will
spin up and blow at max then it will shut down
after about 30 seconds of running after it's been
started up or pulled out of sleep mode, but only
sometimes.

He called back again saying he still has the same 
issue. 

He is using an iMac. The Fan shuts down and the 
screen goes black for a few minutes and it comes 
back but he said its still having issues.

This just started about 30 min. ago

He will be working and his screen shuts down, and 
the fan shuts off on the MAC and then everything 
comes back again in about 30 seconds. ONLY comes 
back if he clicks his mouse.

He checked all his connections and everything 
seems to be fine

He will be available until 5:30pm today
