Went there and there was no blue screen, 
restarted several times to make sure. He also 
said it was somwhat slow, so I ran ccleaner etc. 
works fine. I told him to call us back if that 
blue screen came back

Ligoy said that someone put more memory in it 
thinking that was the problem, but he still has 
to restart the computer before using it due to 
the screen being blank.
