Spyware! Running Spybot, CCleaner, and 
uninstalling unknown programs (with Linda's okay).

I called and apparently Audrey is already there.
I'll assign it to her.

She called back and is here until 12:15 and will 
return after 1:30pm til 4pm.

Her email doesn't work well anymore is her 
problem she says.
When she goes to Get Mail her mail shuts down(Sun 
Java using IE7). It brings her to another page of 
the Internet she says its something with SUN and 
listing of Sun java things off of a Google page.
