database file is not recoverable

Resource is/was on TR3 server, which is part of
the TRI domain. Share name was r and r jobs
Database and its path was D:\CFUSION\Database. 
The D:\CFUSION\Database directory does not exist.
 DSN in ODBC points to the missing database path
as well, and the web resource this referenced no
longer functions.  User states that this was
recently used on March 24, 2008.

Dell PC_

She called and said that she has had Y:Drive 
access, and when she tried this Monday, it was 
missing. 

She says that she has an Icon on her desktop for 
the Y:Drive, and when I had her to go 
start>mycomputer> there was no Y Drive

She is available until 1:30pm everyday.
