I talked to Shirly and she that this is working.

Called and left a message saying to try the email
and reset the password again at account lookup if
needed.

She reset her password through acc/lookup and was 
successful. She was able to log into the machine, 
but cannot log into her email

she needs access to her email because she is 
trying to access banner which the pin was sent to 
her email address.

She is available until 2:30pm

Since she is a new adjunct fac. she said she 
can't listen to her voicemails and to call shirley
