she can't get into banner.

This morning she has been trying to get into 
banner and cannot get in. 

She has an icon on her desktop that allows her to 
get to banner. when she clicks the icon, it goes 
to the login page but it takes her a long time, 
minutes for the page to load, and once it does, 
she puts in her user/pass and nothing happens, 
screen just loads forever.

She will be available until 5pm.
