He said this hasn't been a problem. I told him to let us know if it 
starts up again.

Any word document that he tries to print to BOB 
located in PP 117 microsoft gives him an error 
message:

microsoft word has encountered a problem and 
needs to close

it happens every time, on the 2nd time he tries 
to print the same document, it prints just fine.

Again, this is any word document. 

He said his availability is sporadic and just to 
give him a call ahead.
