Sorry that was a lot of typos. If that was 
unclear, the basic problem is that her login 
screen wont come up after she puts this special 
card in. Usually a timer comes up and the login 
box pops up, but nothing happens.

The screen has a box that says hamersley libray 
timeclock, which it normal. she puts the card in 
afer and no login screen comes up, which is what 
it is supposed to do. she has tried restartin, 
turing off, and taking the card in and out.
