there was a paper jam, and the plastic cover on 
tray 3 broke off which kept it from opening.

makes a loud clicking noise when it tries to 
reset itself. 3rd and 2nd tray won't open. there 
is also a rubber thing stick in it, maybe an 
eraser. Won't print at all.
