She isn't using a Mac. She has an 07 Dell and it had both Office 03 
and the 07 trail on it. I removed the 07 trail since she didn't have a 
license and installed the 07 converter pack incase she ended up 
with any file type issues.

She is using a Macintosh, and needs the demo
version dumped, and needs to use the full version.
