there are two printers that are having problems.
One is tritrain and the other it tri-train which
is on Radar. For some reason tritrain was setup
locally over tcp. The problem now is that tritrain
says it is getting an ip but I can't ping the ip
it's saying it has. I brought back tri-train
because its network card isn't showing any network
traffic even after I swapped the Jet Direct card
with another one. Adam is going to look at it so
I'll assign this under him.

tri-train is the name of the printer. We are
unable to ping it so I'm going to go over there.

Was not very computer literate and could not give 
me any more information. The printer evidently 
just will not print anything that they send to it.
