hard drive was the issue for the one machine.

He now has both machines that can't launch 
Premier and he can't get his work done.  Larry 
will be out tomorrow but Roy will be in so you 
can work on the machines.

directory registry .ccp-238  then when he clicks 
ok it clears out of Premier, doesn't launch but 
everything else works fine.  Encore launches 
normally.
