The application was purely web-based in Java and,
I'm assuming, when the JRE updated, it messed up
the files for their program. I reinstalled it and
it works now. Closing the task.

NueMD software on her machine. 
Scheduling for all appointments to Student Health 
counseling center

This is the main scheduler for all the counselors 
at Student Health Front Desk

She said when she clicks on the program icon, 
nothing happens. The other office workers' 
software works fine.

She has tried to reboot multiple times but still 
nothing.
