Checked the machine.  Looks OK at this point. 
Told her to give us a call back if the black
screen returns.

Deleted the recovery and restarted the program 
and it's working. She can get her daily work done 
now, but isn't sure if someone should still take 
a look at it at the tech's convenience.

Is trying to work on a file with Indesign and 
upon opening the software, a "black screen of 
death" comes up and the computer needs to be shut 
down. The power button wasn't working, so she had 
to unplug it from the wall.

Available: In office all day (has a staff meeting 
at 10 and will be back shortly)
