He will be in his office all day, said he can't 
do any work unless he can print.

Is trying to print to printer (REGcounter), when 
he clicks ok nothing happens. He opened the 
printer icon and the printer shows ready with no 
jobs in queue. The WOU# is for his computer, the 
ID number for the printer is too faded and he 
can't read it.
