Remoted into her system and installed the office
2007 compatibility pack.

She has Microsoft Office 2003 and needs the file 
converter to open up Word Documents created in MS 
Office 2007. (.docx)

She said that she did get the file converter once 
before, but it did not work correctly and she 
can't open up the .docx files she gets in emails 
anymore.

She is available all day. M- F
