Ran ccleaner and killed some processes that didn't
need to be running she should be good to go.

She called and said that just today her machine 
(DELL desktop)started to freeze no matter what 
program she was using. At first, she was in word 
and the machine froze, she had to restart 
completely, but then it froze when she was using 
NueMD program

She has rebooted several times and her machine 
keeps freezing.

She said she should be in all day.
