Audrey Sundkvist	May 12, 2008 08:40 AM	**This is an email** Hi Irja, In order to troubleshoot the video issue in NS202 I'll need the actual video you're trying to play since I tried everything else I could without it. Please let me know when you'll have it with you and be in your office for me to pick it up. As for the sticker on your computer, our label maker that prints those prints only one size to my knowledge. I will ask our inventory person is there is an alternative label we could put on your machine for you. Some older machines have larger labels, but about years ago now the label maker was replaced.
