She called in. As of this morning everything is 
working fine.

She called back again. Nothing has been done and 
she hasn't heard from anyone. At least she would 
like an update if not a solution to her problem.

She called back today. She said the problem is 
hit or miss on whether or not it is solved. 
Monday it worked, today it doesn't work. She is 
available today from 3 to 5pm.

Fixed her problem. She was printing through the
wrong port.

Dorothy is having two seperate printing issues. 
Issue 1: Her print screen button doesn't send the 
image straight to a printer, she mentioned it 
previously has worked on her computer.
Issue 2: She cannot printer emails straight from 
her wou account the the business office printer. 
The task is saying it is failing before the 
process even starts.
