Called back about voicemail left for him, couldn't
understand the person very well on the voicemail. 

The person on the voicemail said his mac was dead
and he would have to buy a new one.

He has important files that old dead computer
(mac)and he wants to know if the can get the info
from the hard drive before it is wiped. There is
some very important info on there pertaining to
students. 

He would really prefer to have a mac as a
replacement, adamantly against having a PC.

Definitely out of warranty.  Might have some
heat-issues.  Repair disk permissions had no effect.

Mark called in saying that he can't get his 
computer to turn on. He mentioned that prior to 
this firefox and safari would freeze on him and 
require him to force quit the applications. He 
went to shut his computer down last session and 
it gave him a screen requiring a system restart. 
Now his computer will not turn on. He will be out 
of the office but Diana the business secretary 
can let any tech into his office. She is in the 
office Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 4:30.
