I ran windows update and then I was able to open
up her NeuMD application which was erroring out
before. Closing the task.

She called back to check the status already. 
She's working at the front desk and she's trying 
to use the only computer available to her.

Available all day, can't do any work without it.

Tried restarting computer, error pops up and 
freezes computer every time it is restarted. It 
is a Microsoft Outlook error. Tried opening task 
manager, but its completely frozen. She mentioned 
a tech came and fixed the same problem yesterday, 
but its back.
