Unless there is some more information, I don't
think I can do anything about this issue.  It does
not appear to be a server issue.

Dean Roselli sent her a word document in email
that will only open in PDF when the link is
clicked.  Right clicking the link and choosing
"save target" prompts it to be saved as either a
PDF file or All Files.  Forwarding the message to
another user shows the attachment with a PDF
program icon, but it is a MS Word document.  

Sent her a test message with a word document
attached, and that functioned normally.

She has the file format converter and does not
need a new version of office.

Available all day

Is trying to work on MS Word files emailed to 
her, she can't open the files because everyone 
else in the office runs a newer version of Word. 
She would like an upgrade to the most recent 
edition.
