Dell laptop running XP cannot connect to the wou 
wireless

I asked him if he had purchased wireless and he 
said he did not know how it works for his dept. 
and last term he had a connection

When he tries to connect he gets this webpage 
cannot be displayed.

He is available tomorrow anytime.
