I explained that you have to plug in the CAT-5 for it to talk with 
the network. They needed the laptop to be useable offcampus too 
so I made sure the employees that needed to do that knew to login 
at least once on campus.

JoNan LeRoy called and said that Stan Little 
cannot log into MASH. It says Mash is not 
available to her on the laptop, but she can log 
in at work just fine.

Found dead laptop with good battery that will
work.  I explained to him that it was a used
batter so he would keep an eye on it and let us
know if it didn't have a good life.

He came into ITC 009 window...

He was told by his boss, JoNan LeRoy, to bring it 
in. I asked him leading questions, trying to get 
ANY info from him and he was not cooperative. My 
questions irritated him and it took me a long 
time to even get JoNan's name from him.

Says when user turns it on, nothing happens. 
Asked if he gets any light indicators or anything 
on screen. He said he doesn't know.

After it's "fixed" he asked that it be setup for 
generic login. Currently laptop is setup for 
wireless, needs to stay that way.

He dropped off the laptop and I walked it back to 
the tech area. Brian B said to set it on Adam's 
desk and assign the task to him.
