The scanner is hooked up to a local 4600 box.  The
4600 is very slow, even though it has 1.25GB RAM
in it, and has a ton of junk installed onto it.
Since it is just a student-use machine, Jan said I
could re-imagae the box.  

HP scanner 

Jan has to scan many files and put save them 
as .pdfs

Her question is, how can she scan multiple files 
from the HP scanner and save them onto 1 .pdf 
file.

As of now, the scanner saves them as .jpegs and 
thats not what she wants.
