Hello,
 
I have been waiting weeks for a callback on this 
one - don't know why you have closed it.  The 
cord only works intermittently - and thus the 
battery has discharged needlessly.  I would 
appreciate it if someone could make this a 
priority.

His Dell laptop is not getting any power, he is 
not sure if its the power cord or the power 
supply.

He will be in from 4pm to 5pm today.
He teaches from 2-4pm.

He said he is flexible after 4pm.
