His machine is in and Tricia said we'd be able to get to him by the 
end of the week. Eric was satusfied with that information.

TS11 is running slowly right now. I talked with Eric about this and 
told him to relog. He isn't waiting any longer than anyone else for 
his new machine and I explained that.

He called again and said that the thin client is 
extremely slow and it is frustrating.

He mentions that he has a computer that was 
ordered for him. He is not sure where it is.

He said that UCS ordered him a machine about 3 
weeks ago and he has not seen it yet.

Eric called and was highly frustrated (but 
cordial). He is having the same problems with his 
machine running slowly. 

He called yesterday to get help and was told to 
log on/off and the problem should be resolved. 
Not the case. It helped some, but it is still 
running exremely slowly.

Today he logged on and off 3 times without 
resolve. each time he logs off and then logs 
right back in, the process takes about 10 
minutes. Just getting back to password screen 
takes about 10 minutes. 

Goes to black screen as described in first memo.  
Eventually gets to "Windows" screen, but this is 
inhibiting his work productivity.

Reopening task.

His Thin Client has been down for about 10 
minutes or so. He mentions that it started to run 
slowly, so he logged off, and when he did that, 
his thin client went black, and its stuck at the 
screen where it says it established a connection 
with the server, but the login screen has not 
appeared yet. Its been about 10 minutes.

He will be in his office for the next 15 - 
20mintues, after that he will leave and try to 
use another machine.
