Says everythings plugged in, turned on the 
computer and black screen came up. System alert, 
battery low and not responding. 
Tried restarting computer, said it was taking 
longer than usual, but finally rebooted. I let 
her know that if it happens again, to call back.

Available all day, takes lunch at 1pm.
