attached to DELL PC

Its not a scanning bed, but a feeder. The student 
abroad office called and said that when they feed 
a page, the scanner just shows a blank document 
with nothing on it. A White page.

They are trying to scan documents with type on it 
but nothing shows up in the scan itself. 

Someoone will be available all day EXCEPT from 
12:30pm - 1:00pm
