I went by there for a schedule change and Leonard Crawford was 
able to print from banner to this printer, I think. Best to check with 
Patrick though.

He is trying to print transcripts from Banner to 
Regback printer.

He says that he has always been able to print 
from banner to Regback, but today, nothing 
happens whenever he tries. He said that he looked 
at all of the settings and everything is normal.

He will be in until 5pm.
