I took the computer over and installed the Student
Access Program. Sheree was at lunch and the
program needed to be shown where their database
is. I wasn't sure and I had no contact there. She
should be able to figure out what to do since she
has installed the program before, but if not,
she'll give us a call. I'll close the task.

We attempted to fix it. Brian B. recommended that
we reimage so I'm currently doing that. The
machine needs lots of admins and the only
specialized app is the Student Access DB
application which has to be downloaded off the web
with their login information.

Leslie said that she tried to log into her 
machine, but she gets the error message that says 
her profile is missing and cannot log in.
