She was trying to print an excel file as Legal in 
the print options, she opened up the manual feed 
to put in the paper.

She believes that when she messed with the 
settings to print legal it also messed up the 
printer and now it shoots paper out the back she 
says.

HL Ref 1 is in the main floor of the Library.
