I was finally able to meet up with Hamid. His sound drivers were 
not working, so I installed the newest ones from the Dell 
website.

He complained about his computer being extremely sluggish 
lately. I uninstalled the Windows Toolbar Seach, ran CCleaner, 
and ran Spybot S&D (which found 27 entries). The machine 
seemed to be working better and I was able to play sound from 
online sources (YouTube).

I called but did not leave a message this time. I think it would 
be ok to do this without him there. The office specialist for the 
Math department is Sharyne Ryals ext 88465. 

As of now Sharyne was not answering her phone. I did not leave 
a message with her either.

I went by here after doing another task close by. He was not in, but 
there was an undated note prevalent on that said he "has a meeting 
at 1, so come back after 2" and that he "will be in at 9 tomorrow." I 
assume the note is from yesterday since he wasn't in.

Working before, now not. (Didn't quit in the 
middle of listening to something.) Last worked 
last week.

Has speakers. Doesn't think its the cd rom drive 
because there's no sound when using online radio 
either.

Times:
10-12 M/W/F
all day T/R

If the machine needs to be removed in order to 
fix the problem, he'd rather wait until summer.
