She is using an old laptop.  Looks like her
profile is corrupt. She has a bunch of old
profiles as well, so it looks like it has been an
ongoing issue.  I fixed her WebCam, but the bigger
problem is that her profile is not showing her
network drives.  She said it isn't an immediate
issue as she takes the laptop off campus and
stores everything locally.  She is also getting a
new laptop, so she is not really concerned with
fixing the old one.  I told her to call UCS if she
needs any immediate help in the near future.

Camera is connected, but nothing comes up. She 
thinks she may be doing something wrong and would 
like someone to come take a look at it. She is 
available during normal business hours.
