I moved her profile, but she decided she liked her
current one better.  I reverted back to original
settings.  She said she is fine with it that way.

Nothing was lost, it seems to be working, but the
personal settings have been reset, She will be
here between 3-5 today and tomorrow between 11-12,
or between 1-4.

She is "dead in the water" until this problem 
gets fixed.

She DID reboot her machine multiple times she 
says and this did not fix the problem.

Niki Winslow called for Karen Haberman. She said 
that all of her personal settings are gone on her 
computer. Icons are gone on the desktop and she 
does not have her printer settings.  

Karen's office is in NS 001, but if she is not 
there Niki can let a tech into her office. Niki 
is located in NS 104.
