Brian Berkley explained to me that this DB should NOT be available
on a network drive at all. They need to access it with generic logins
to remote server connections to winchester.

Intern needs full access to files. Sheree called
and said that the intern only has read only
access.

I removed the local group Alex created and both computers have
sep_stu as Full Control permissions to the Student Access folder
under Program Files. It is effectively the same, but allows for easier
management in the future.

I mimicked what Alex did on W#20030733[Edit Inv] on W#20010766[Edit Inv],
except instead of just making a local group I applied the global
group "sep_stu" full control to the Student Access Program File
folder. Leslie Morganstern is in that global group.

"Date:	February 06, 2008 At 04:17	Memo:
Student Access is an app.
It requires read/write to the folder containing
the database as well as the install directory. I
created a local user group called
StudentAccessUsers and added in the students. Then
I applied Full Control right to the local Student
Access folder (C:\Program Files\Student Access)."

Sheree said this happened in the past and Alex came over and
helped by somehow changing the file settings so they aren't read
only. We recently blasted Leslie's profile and Sheree thinks this
maybe related.
