I cold reset the printers and reset the memory in
their menus. Chehalis says she's the only one that
gets this error and her colleges also print large
docs. I told her to try the printer since the
resets and then send me an email if it comes back.

Chehalis,

I went to Todd 316 to try to try some things with
the printers, but it was locked and no one was
around (can't blame people, it's summer!). So I'd
like to arrange to meet with you on Tuesday
sometime that you're on campus so I can
troubleshoot this problem. Will you be around at
about 10am Tuesday?

Thanks for your message. I am not teaching this
summer but am on campus/ in my office (Todd 309)
or my lab (Todd 310) most days between 9-3.
 
I experience this problem with both printers
available in the psychology division computer lab
(Todd 316) and the printer numbers are 970129 and
200238.
 
Again, I appreciate your follow up and hope that
we can figure this out soon.

I've done some research on possible causes of the
issue. Can you please let me know when you're
normally in your office/best to contact via phone,
and which printer give you the error? This would
greatly improve my ability to troubleshoot the
task. The printer itself should have a WOU#
sticker on it like your computer's. That would be
the best way to identify the printer, or you can
tell me the name of it when you select it to print to.

I am still having problems with my printer giving
me an insufficient memory error for the printer
(about 15% of the time). This has not been resolved.

giving you an insufficient memory error. I want to
know if you are still experiencing issues with the
psych lab printer or if it was resolved. If there

When she tries to print any time of document to 
either of the printers in the 3rd floor of todd 
hall, she DOES get a print out but all the page 
says is 

error : insufficient memory

Her co-workers can print just fine, its only her 
and she has noticed it with larger file sizes.

She is available tomorrow from 9am - noon and 
then from 2-5pm.
